Sensory perception disorder (hallucination) is a neurobiological phenomenon that involves distortion of false perception in individuals. This happens due to a disorder in the nervous system and usually does not correspond to reality. Usually sufferers feel the sensation of sound, sight, taste, touch, or smell without any real stimulation. These symptoms when not controlled can harm them selves, thers and the environment, so education is needed to help clients control hallucination symptoms. This scnior practice report aims to implement nursing care in clients with sensory perception disorders: visual hallucinations by implementing educational programs such as information about schizophrenia, voice reprimanding exercises, talking to others, performing daily activities as well as the benefits of taking medication. The methods used are lectures, discussions and exercises to control hallucination symptoms. Data was collected through nterviews, observations and physical examinations. The results of this nursing care showed that clients experienced and improvement in the ability to control hallucinations after being given education and training. The educational program can be used by community psychiatric nurses to help clients control hallucinations and is recommended for use by community psychiatric nurses in basic health care facilities (puskesmas)
