Objective: This study was to analyze the effect of pharmacist interventions on knowledge, compliance, clinical outcomes, quality of life and perception of halal products in hypertensive patients at the Kimia Farma Lueng Bata Pharmacy. Methods: The study was conducted at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Lueng Bata, in January-February 2025 with a quasi-experimental design, two groups pretest-posttest design using the total sampling method, involving 108 hypertensive patients who were active referral participants. The research instruments were the HK-LS questionnaire, compliance (MARS-5 questionnaire), clinical outcomes measured by blood pressure (mmHg), quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire) and patients' perceptions of halal products using a closed questionnaire on a Likert scale. Results: In the control group, there was no significant difference between the pretest and posttest in the level of knowledge (p=0.06). The level of compliance in the control group also did not show an increase in clinical outcomes of systolic blood pressure (p = 0.06), other clinical outcomes (p = 0.09), quality of life (p=0.19), or perception of halal products (p=0.15). In contrast, in the intervention group, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) between the pretest and posttest in all variables, including an increase in the level of knowledge (p< 0.01), compliance (an increase of 30 compliant respondents), improvement in clinical outcomes (p<0.01), improvement in quality of life (p<0.01), and improvement in perception of halal products (p<0.01). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of pharmacist intervention on the level of knowledge, compliance, clinical outcomes, quality of life and perception of halal products in hypertension patients at Kimia Farma Lueng Bata Pharmacy.
