Gambaran Perilaku Hidup Bersih Sehat Pada Anak SD Negeri 101760 Bulu Cina Kecamatan Hamparan Perak

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) at school is an effort to empower students, teachers, and the school community to know, be willing, and able to practice clean and healthy behaviors and actively participate in creating a healthy school environment. Based on a preliminary survey conducted at SD Negeri 101760 Bulu Cina, Hamparan Perak Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, data were obtained from 309 students in grades I–VI. Observations and interviews indicated that CHLB has been implemented at the school, as reflected in a relatively clean school environment. However, the implementation has not been optimal, as seen from the student restrooms and toilets, which are still not clean enough, and classroom arrangements that are still less organized. This study aims to describe the Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) among students of SD Negeri 101760 Bulu Cina, Hamparan Perak Subdistrict. This is a quantitative study involving a sample of 95 students selected through random sampling. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 101760 Bulu Cina, Hamparan Perak Subdistrict. The results showed that the students had good knowledge, positive attitudes, and practiced clean and healthy behaviors. It is recommended that future research further explore the factors influencing elementary school students' behavior in practicing clean and healthy living.
