dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine how much carbon footprint value and carbon economic value produced by rice mina cultivation compared to conventional rice cultivation in Meat village, Tampahan district, Toba regency. The analysis method used in this research is Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) using OpenLCA software. The results of this study show that the carbon footprint value of rice mina cultivation is 114,073 kg CO2-Eq, lower than conventional rice cultivation with a carbon footprint value of 361,39 kg CO2-Eq. This affects the carbon economic value of rice mina cultivation which is also smaller than conventional rice, the carbon economic value of rice mina cultivation is Rp.3.422, while conventional rice is Rp.10.840.en_US
