Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan Produk Gadai Emas Syariah Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Setia Budi

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of income level, estimated value, mu'nah fee (maintenance fee), service quality, promotion, and location on customer demand for gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Setia Budi. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study were customers of gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Setia Budi. The sample was selected using accidental sampling method with a sample of 90 people. This research data was obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the variable income level had a negative and significant effect on customer demand for gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Setia Budi. While the variables of estimated value, mu'nah fee (maintenance fee), service quality, promotion, and location have a positive effect on customer demand for gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Setia Budi.
