Abstract
Sectio Caesarea is a medical procedure performed surgically to give birth to a child through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. Pre eclampsia is a disease that occurs in pregnant women, during childbirth and during the puerperium which is characterized by high blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg, edema and proteinuria that occurs in the 20 th week of pregnancy until the end of the first week. after delivery. The purpose of this case study is to determine the application of nursing care to post SC patients with indications of preeclampsia. in The Room Hospital EducationProf.Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis University Sumatra North.The nursing diagnoses raised were acute pain, risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, ineffective breastfeeding, impaired physical mobility, knowledge deficit, and risk of infection. Interventions are applied based on Evidence Based Practicesis a combination of deep breathing and dhikr in acute pain, monitoring and recording TTV against the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, ineffective oxytocin massage for breastfeeding, early ambulation assistance for impaired physical mobility, providing health education about knowledge deficits, and teaching how to treat. postoperative injury. SC is at risk of infection. The results of the evaluation were acute pain resolved, the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion was partially resolved, ineffective breastfeeding was partially resolved, impaired physical mobility was resolved, knowledge deficit was resolved, and the risk of infection was partially resolved. It is suggested to nurses to be able to make this report as a reference source in implementing nursing care for post SC mothers with Pre-Eclampsia Indications.
