Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic medical condition that occurs when the insulin
hormone in the body is unable to work effectively in regulating blood sugar balance,
causing an increase in blood sugar concentration (hyperglycemia) and disruption
of the body's metabolism. Diabetic foot exercise is a low-impact exercise that has
rhythmic movements that are fun, interesting, and appropriate for all ages. Diabetic
foot exercise can effectively control blood glucose levels for people with type II
diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine Nursing Care for Type
II Diabetes Mellitus Patients with DM Foot Exercise Intervention on Decreasing
Blood Glucose Levels in the Rindu A4 Inpatient Room of H. Adam Malik General
Hospital, Medan. This study is a case study involving three Type II Diabetes
Mellitus patients. The results of the implementation and evaluation for 3 days with
