dc.description.abstractFloods Are Among The Most Frequent Natural Disasters And Can Have Significant Impacts On Both The Physical And Psychological Well-Being Of Affected Communities, Including Increasing The Risk Of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (Ptsd). This Study Aims To Analyze How Disaster Nursing Care Management Through Disaster Education Can Reduce The Risk Of Ptsd After Flooding In Sei Mati Subdistrict. The Method Involved Public Health Education, Relaxation Technique Training, And Empowerment Of Local Health Cadres Involving 35 Respondents. Results Showed An Increase In Public Knowledge (62.9% Answered Correctly About Ptsd), Improved Preparedness (17.1% Felt Very Prepared), And A Reduction In Anxiety Symptoms Following The Intervention. The Educational Approach Proved Effective In Improving Community Understanding, Fostering Positive Attitudes, And Increasing Disaster Psychological Readiness.en_US
