This study aims to analyze the influence of peak harvest selling price, off-season selling price, and production costs on the income of pineapple farmers in Desa Siabal-abal VI, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency. A total of 34 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula with a 15% margin of error. The analysis methods used were multiple linear regression and one-sample t-test. The results showed that, partially, both the peak and off-season selling prices had a significant positive effect on farmers' income, while production costs had a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influenced the income of pineapple farmers in the research area. The average income of pineapple farming per growing season was Rp23,263,058.80, which is statistically lower than the Minimum Wage (UMK) of North Tapanuli Regency. The highest cost component came from urea fertilizer. These findings highlight the importance of cost efficiency and appropriate selling strategies to improve farmers’ income and overall welfare.
