Teacher performance is a crucial factor in achieving optimal educational quality. However, high workload and work stress can be obstacles to achieving this. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on teacher performance at SD Negeri 050626 Bekancan. The population in this study was all 30 teachers at SD Negeri 050626 Bekancan, all of whom were sampled (using a saturated sampling technique). The method used was quantitative with a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that partially, workload had a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance, while work stress had a positive and significant effect. However, simultaneously, workload and work stress had a significant effect on teacher performance. These results indicate that although both variables were not significant individually, together they had a significant effect on teacher performance.en_US
