Pengaruh Women On Board Of Commisioners And Directors, Investment Opportunity Set, Capital Expenditure, Dan Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Women on the Board of Commissioners and Directors, Investment Opportunity Set, Capital Expenditure, and Capital Structure on Firm Value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. This research adopts an associative approach, utilizing secondary data obtained from financial statements and annual reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and official company websites. The population consists of all mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period, with 14 companies meeting the sample criteria. The data analysis technique applied is panel data multiple linear regression using the Random Effect Model approach. The findings indicate that Women on the Board of Commissioners and Directors have a positive and significant effect on firm value, the Investment Opportunity Set has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Capital Expenditure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while Capital Structure has a positive but not significant effect on firm value.
