Antenatal care is an important form of service for pregnant women to maintain their overall physical and mental health. These examinations should ideally be conducted six times: once during the first three months of pregnancy (weeks 0 to 12), twice during the middle of pregnancy (weeks 12 to 24), and three times during the final stages of pregnancy (from week 24 until close to the due date). Antenatal care services have standard guidelines that must be met to ensure the quality of care for pregnant women, in accordance with the 10T standards. However, there is still dissatisfaction among pregnant women, including issues related to the clarity of information provided, as well as the need to improve communication between healthcare providers and pregnant women. Some pregnant women also mentioned that comfort during examinations was not optimal because the service rooms were deemed not to provide sufficient privacy. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of antenatal care (ANC) and the satisfaction of pregnant women at the Matsum City Health Center, Medan, in 2025. The research method used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The number of respondents was 36, selected using accidental sampling or selection based on chance. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-square statistical test. The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between the quality of antenatal care services and the satisfaction of pregnant women, as shown by the p-value: Quality of antenatal care with satisfaction of pregnant women (0,001), physical evidence (0,001), reliability (0,002), responsiveness (0,002), assurance (0,001), and empathy (0,001). Based on these results, it is recommended to provide clearer information to patients, improve comfort, and place signs outside examination rooms.en_US
