    Abstract
Complete basic immunization (IDL) is one of the effective preventive measures to protect babies from diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I). The coverage of IDL in the Rambung Health Center Working Area, Binjai Selatan Subdistrict, Binjai City, is still low, reaching 32.9%, this is still far below the national target. This study aims to determine the determinants that affect the use of IDL services in infants in the Working Area of the Rambung Health Center, South Binjai District, Binjai City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The study population was 410 mothers with babies aged 9-12 months, with a sample of 80 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that 80% of respondents did not take full advantage of IDL services. The results of this study show that the variables related to the utilization of immunization services in infants in the Rambung Health Center Working Area, South Binjai District, Binjai City, are knowledge (p=0.014), work (p=0.023), trust (p=0.001), family support (p=0.001), health workers (p=0.002), and needs (p=0.024) with the use of IDL services. However, no significant relationship was found between attitudes and the use of IDL services (p=0.122).
