Analisis Beban Kerja dalam Penentuan Jumlah Karyawan Frontliner Bank Mandiri KCP Lubuk Pakam

Abstract

Workload is an activity or process that must be carried out by a company at a certain time and continuously to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. In this context, Bank Mandiri KCP Lubuk Pakam is one of the banks that serves the Lubuk Pakam community for financial needs. With a fairly wide operational area coverage, it is very necessary to analyze employee workload. This study focuses on the frontliner division of Bank Mandiri Lubuk Pakam. This study uses the work sampling method and full time equivalent (FTE) as a data analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that the effective working days were 279 days starting from Monday - Friday and the effective working time was 1785 hours during a year. From the results of the work sampling analysis, it was found that productive activities in the frontliner division of Bank Mandiri Lubuk Pakam Branch were 77.35%, unproductive activities 12.30%, and personal activities 10.35%. Based on the results of the FTE analysis, it was found that 2 frontline employees of Bank Mandiri Lubuk Pakam had a normal workload and 4 other employees had an overload workload
