Stress is a physical or psychological response that can have negative effects on the body. In students, stress can be triggered by academic demands and environmental adjustments. Changes in environment experienced by KKNT (Community Service Program) students can include new learning styles, program targets, simultaneous thesis work, and other challenges. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive research design. The population of this study consists of 170 KKNT students, with a sample size of 120 students selected through purposive sampling. The objective of this study is to identify the stress levels among KKNT students at Universitas Sumatera Utara. The results of the study involving 120 KKNT student respondents revealed that 13 students (13.3%) experienced mild stress, 90 students (75%) experienced moderate stress, and 14 students (14.7%) experienced severe střess. The dominant stress level observed in this study is moderate stress (75%). Data analysis indicates a correlation coefficient of r = 0.506-0.606, which is greater than the threshold value of r = 0.361. The significance test yielded a value of p = 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the questionnaire statements used in this study are statistically significanten_US
