    Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of digital technology implementation on the social Adaptation of workers at the Kernel Oil Factory of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 1 Sei Mangkei. The digital technologies implemented include SAP (System Application and Product), PalmCo Business Cockpit (PBC), and CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television). This research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory method, in which data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 33 respondents using purposive sampling. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the reliability of the research instrument, while Pearson correlation and t-tests were used to analyze the relationships and effects between variables. The results show a strong and significant relationship between the implementation of digital technology and the social Adaptation of workers, covering changes in attitudes, behavioral patterns, adjustments in social relationships, and the application of new values and norms in the workplace. These findings were analyzed using Talcott Parsons' AGIL framework (Adaptation , Goal Attainment, Integration, Latency), illustrating that workers were able to adapt to new technologies (Adaptation ), support the achievement of work targets (goal attainment), strengthen social coordination (integration), and shape a new work culture oriented toward efficiency and professionalism (latency). This study concludes that the implementation of digital technology not only improves operational efficiency but also contributes to the creation of a more harmonious and adaptive work environment. The practical implication of this research highlights the importance of continuous training and organizational support in building social readiness to face digital transformation in the plantation sector.
