In-Coach Asia is a team building service provider based in Bali that combines experiential learning with local cultural values. This study aims to examine the strategies implemented by In-Coach Asia in designing its team building programs, from the planning stage to evaluation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through direct observation, interviews with internal company representatives, and literature review. The results show that the program development process is carried out systematically based on the ADDIE model, which includes needs analysis, program design using the SAVI learning approach, material development, implementation with strong team coordination, and internal evaluation through facilitator debriefing. This strategy positions team building not merely as a recreational activity, but also as a learning platform that enhances teamwork, communication, and personal character. Through this approach, In-Coach Asia successfully delivers relevant and adaptive programs that provide added value for clients across various industries.en_US
