dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the influence of human resource management on employee productivity at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Medan. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and questionnaires involving 17 respondents consisting of employees, supervisors, and managers at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Medan. The results of the study indicate that the human resource management implemented at the hotel has been running well, as evidenced by a transparent recruitment system, regular training, an objective performance appraisal system, and harmonious working relationships. In addition, the majority of employees feel that the compensation and career development opportunities provided are appropriate. This has had a positive impact on employee productivity, which can be seen from timely task completion, improved service quality, and high work motivation.en_US
