Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Networking dan Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada UMKM Kota Medan Kecamatan Medan Amplas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Networking and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Business Success in MSMEs in Medan City, Medan Amplas District. This type of research is quantitative. Data sources were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to MSMEs in Medan City, Medan Amplas District. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Medan Amplas District, Medan City. With Probability sampling using the hair formula, 125 respondents were obtained who were MSME actors in Medan Amplas District. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that partially Entrepreneurial Networking and Entrepreneurial Orientation have a positive and significant effect on Business Success. While simultaneously Entrepreneurial Networking and Entrepreneurial Orientation have an effect of 58.4% on Business Success in MSMEs in Medan City, Medan Amplas District.
