Analisis Hubungan Dana Desa terhadap Perekonomian Masyarakat di Desa Paringgonan Julu Kecamatan Ulu Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Relationship Between Village Funds and the Community Economy in Paringgonan Julu Village, Ulu Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. Poverty in Indonesia, especially in rural areas, is the main focus of the government, and Village Funds are expected to reduce the development gap between villages and cities. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach, involving 84 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Village Funds contribute significantly to improving the community's economy. The correlation between Village Funds and the Community Economy has a value of 0.931, which indicates a very strong relationship. The community feels the positive impact of infrastructure development and increased access to business locations, although there are still challenges in community participation and supervision of the use of funds. This research contributes to the development of science in the field of development economics and provides input for the government in managing Village Funds more effectively
