Efektifitas Implementasi Kebijakan Dana Desa dalam Pembangunan Ekonomi dan Infrastuktur di Kelurahan Aek Kota Batu Kecamatan Na IX-X Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Village Fund policy in economic and infrastructure development in Aek Village, Batu City, NA IX-X District, North Labuhanbatu Regency. The main focus of this research is to measure the extent to which the use of Village Funds has an impact on improving the community's economy and developing village infrastructure. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a survey technique using questionnaires as the main instrument for data collection. The population in this study is the entire community and village apparatus involved in the Village Fund program, with purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed statistically descriptive and inferential to measure the relationship and influence between the research variables. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Village Fund in Aek Village, Batu City is considered quite effective in encouraging community economic growth, characterized by an increase in MSMEs and labor absorption. In addition, the development of village infrastructure such as environmental roads, drainage, and public facilities has also experienced significant development. The conclusion of this study confirms that the Village Fund policy has a positive contribution to economic and infrastructure development, but there is still a need for improvement in the efficiency and accountability aspects of program implementation.
