Stroke is defined as a cerebrovascular event with rapidly developing clinical signs resulting from focal or global brain disturbances, with symptoms lasting more than 24 hours, potentially causing death with no apparent cause other than vascular origin. This paper aims to examine the effectiveness of early mobilization therapy in patients with a history of stroke in Dusun XII, Gang M. Yamin, Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, conducted from June 5 to June 11, 2025. The clients in this study were Mrs. N. Mrs. S. and Mrs. A. Assessment through interviews revealed that all three clients experienced nursing problems related to impaired physical mobility. Client 1 (Mrs. N) experienced weakness in the left upper limb, particularly in performing physical activities such as lifting heavy objects. Client 2 (Mrs. S) experienced muscle weakness in the left upper and lower limbs. Client 3 (Mrs. A) had muscle weakness in the right upper and lower limbs. These conditions limited their ability to carry out daily activities. The primary nursing intervention provided was early mobilization therapy, specifically range of motion (ROM) exercises. Based on the nursing care process that was carried out, it can be concluded that range of motion (ROM) exercises are quite effective as part of nursing care for clients with impaired physical mobility, as these exercises help maintain or improve joint function, increase muscle mass, and enhance muscle tone.
