    Abstract
CV. Kubah Milari Jaya is a micro business that processes aluminum metal raw materials with the final product in the form of mosque domes. The problem faced by this company is that there is an increase in demand for mosque dome orders, which causes the company to give workers overtime to achieve production targets. However, the overtime hours given exceed the time limit set by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, which is 4 hours per day and 14 hours per week, so that the inconsistency of workers' overtime working hours can cause overload and can increase the potential for work fatigue. In addition, in conditions of limited labor numbers, there are several workers who concurrently work at more than one workstation. This condition not only increases the workload of individuals, but also creates inefficiencies in the production process. This study aims to calculate the value of employee workload using the Workload Analysis (WLA) method. Data collection is carried out through work sampling techniques during a certain period. The results of the study showed that the workload value of 1 worker at the panel making station, 2 workers at the panel coloring station, 1 worker at the counting station, 1 worker at the dome crown station, and 2 workers in the packing section were included in the overload category with values of 1.82, 1.89, 2.00, respectively; 2,53; 3.38 and 3.14. Based on these results, it was proposed to increase the number of workers at the panel making station by 1 person, the panel coloring station by 1 person, the counting station by 1 person, the dome crown station by 1 person, and the packing station by 4 people. With the adjustment of the number of workers, it is hoped that the distribution of workload will be more balanced and can increase the effectiveness and safety of work in the CV. Kubah Milari Jaya.
