Abstract

The purpose of this research is analyze the effect of production number, number of raw materials, wages, and work experience on labor absorption in tofu home industry in the research area. The research results show that partially the variable of the number of tofu home industry production and variable of the number of raw materials have a significant effect on labor absorption, while the wage variable and the variable of work experience do not have a significant effect on labor absorption. Simultaneously, the independent variables, that the number of tofu home industry production, the number of raw materials, wages, and work experience have a significant effect on the dependent variable, that the absorption of labor energy. 78,1% of labor absorption is affected by the four independent variables researched in this research.
