This research is entitled “Perceptions of Universitas Sumatera Utara Students toward the Cinta, Bangga, Paham Rupiah Program.” The purpose of this study is to determine how students of Universitas Sumatera Utara perceive the Cinta, Bangga, Paham Rupiah (CBP Rupiah) program implemented by Bank Indonesia of North Sumatra. The theory used in this research is the Stimulus Organism–Response (SOR) theory. The population of this study consisted of 15,520 students, with a sample of 99 respondents determined using the Taro Yamane formula with a 10% margin of error and a 90% confidence level. This study employed quota sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and the researcher performed a series of data analyses, including validity testing, reliability testing, and single-table analysis. The results of the study show that students at Universitas Sumatera Utara have a positive perception of the CBP Rupiah program. This is evidenced by high percentages in each indicator, with Stimulus at 77%, Organism at 87.0%, and Response at 100%. These findings indicate that students have successfully received, understood, and responded positively to the information related to the CBP Rupiah program.
