U has been able to organize educational and training programs to improve the hard and soft skills of students, ready to meet the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In addition to hard and soft skills, digital literacy is a supporting factor for students' job readiness..This study aims to determine the influence of hardskills, softskills, and digital literacy on the job readiness of undergraduate alumni in the era of Industry 4.0, using a case study of Universitas Sumatera Utara alumni. The Industry 4.0 era demands that university graduates possess a combination of adequate technical, non-technical, and digital skills in order to compete in a dynamic and competitive labor market. This research employs a descriptive design with a quantitative approach. The study involved 94 alumni as respondents, selected using purposive sampling technique, specifically alumni who have graduated and are currently employed. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both simultaneous and partial effects among the variables. The results show that, both partially and simultaneously, hardskills, softskills, and digital literacy have a positive and significant influence on alumni job readiness. The t-test results at the 5% significance level indicate that all three independent variables make a meaningful contribution to alumni readiness in facing an increasingly digitized and globally integrated work environment. These findings reinforce the importance of integrating technical, interpersonal, and digital competencies into higher education curricula to produce graduates who are competent and adaptable to ongoing changes.en_US
