Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are the main cause of morbidity and mortality due to infectious diseases throughout the world. ISPA is the main cause of death for toddlers in Indonesia based on a survey of mortality data in Indonesia. ISPA in Batu Bara Regency in 2023 still in the-top-10-disease rank with a total 1.598 cases. This research aims to map the prevalence of ARI in toddlers in Batu Bara Regency along with the risk factors. This study covers all sub-districts in Batu Bara, totaling 12 sub-districts. The data used is secondary data from the Batu Bara Health Department Office. Mapping the prevalence of ARI in toddlers in Batu Bara Regency shows that five sub-districts are still in the high category. Mapping of each risk factor variable shows varied results, represented by green for that meet the standards and red for that do not. Testing of spatial effects on research data indicates there is no heterogeneity and spatial dependency, so to know the effect of existing factors is continued with regression tests. The Batu Bara Health Department Office is expected to be able to use mapping and spatial analysis related to ISPA risk factors to carry out clear planning and interventions on a regional basis.en_US
