Effective knowledge management is essential to improving organizational efficiency and competitiveness. Dana Pensiun Perkebunan (DAPENBUN) faces challenges in managing and distributing critical information, which affects decision-making and resource optimization. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the DAPENBUN Portal as a Knowledge Management System (KMS) that enhances accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency in information management. The research adopts the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, covering needs analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection involved interviews, observations, surveys, and review of internal documentation. The DAPENBUN Portal is designed to facilitate structured document storage, fast metadata- based search, knowledge sharing across units, and controlled access to information. The results show a significant improvement in the effectiveness of information flow, reduction in data duplication, increased collaboration, and higher compliance with internal regulations. The portal also supports faster and more accurate data-driven decision-making. The study concludes that the DAPENBUN Portal as a KMS contributes positively to organizational efficiency, transparency, and continuous organizational learning.
