This study was conducted at Rumah Sakti Haji Adam Malik with the aim of the study to determine the effect of work family conflict and social support on the job satisfaction of nursing employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The population is female nurses working at RSUP Haji Adam Malik as many as 732 people in 2022. From the information obtained that the percentage of female nurses who are married is 68.6%, then many female nurses are married, namely = 68.6% x 732 nurses = 502 people. Sampling was carried out by the author using purposive sampling with the Slovin formula so that the number of samples used was 84 respondents. The data sources used are primary data and the data sources used are secondary data, data collection techniques using literature studies and surveys. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that work family conflict partially has a negative dan significant effect on the job satisfaction of nursing employees, social support partially has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses. Work family conflict and social support together have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at RS Haji Adam Malik. There is a sufficient correlation between work family conflict and social support with nurses' job satisfaction in hospitals.
