Employee performance is a crucial factor that determines the success of an organization in achieving its objectives. In the field of human resource management, work motivation, work discipline, and work environment are often identified as variables that contribute to improved performance. However, in practice, these factors do not always yield consistent outcomes. This study aims to examine the extent to which work motivation, work discipline, and work environment influence employee performance at PT. Antar Lintas Sumatera, Amplas Branch, Medan. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consists of 100 employees, from which a sample of 50 respondents was selected using a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect, while the work environment exerts a negative and insignificant influence. Simultaneously, the three independent variables were found to have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings highlight that work motivation is the most dominant factor influencing the improvement of employee performance.
