Pengaruh Inovasi dan Keterampilan Wirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada UMKM Bidang Kuliner di Kota Medan Kecamatan Medan Amplas

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Skills on Business Success in MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Medan City, Medan Amplas District. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. In this research, the population is MSME business actors in Medan City, Medan Amplas District. The number of respondents sampled in this research was 84 MSMEs in the Culinary Sector of Medan Amplas District, with the criteria being Business owners who have been running their business for at least 2 years and business owners are at least 17. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that innovation and entrepreneurial skills simultaneously influence business success. Partially, Innovation and Entrepreneurial Skills have a positive and significant effect on Business Success in MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Medan City, Medan Amplas District.
