Analisis Pendapatan Pengemudi Angkutan Umum Kota (Angkot) Rahayu Medan Ceria Sesudah dan Sebelum Beroperasinya Bis Trans Metro Deli di Kota Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in the income of Rahayu Medan Ceria public transportation drivers before and after the operation of the Trans Metro Deli Bus in Medan City. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effect of Tariffs, Working Hours, Routes on income. The type of research used is research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population used in this study were Rahayu Medan Ceria public transportation drivers in Medan City. Sampling of 100 respondents using the Snowball Sampling method. Data collection methods were carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used the Paired T Test and Partial Least Square analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference before and after the operation of the Trans Metro Deli Bus in this case a decrease in income. Furthermore, the variables Tariff, Working Hours, Routes have a positive and significant effect on income.
