dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment, innovative work behavior, and workforce diversity on employee performance at PTPN II Tanjung Morawa. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using both primary and secondary data. The sample was determined using Slovin’s formula, resulting in 137 respondents from a total population of 207 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The findings reveal that, both partially and simultaneously, the physical work environment, innovative work behavior, and workforce diversity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These results highlight that the three factors are crucial determinants in improving the performance of employees at PTPN II Tanjung Morawa.en_US
