Siogung-Ogung Village is a unique place with distinct characteristics and values that make it attractive, both in terms of rural life and its uniqueness. The village has managed its potential effectively, involving local community participation, which has led to its independence. This reality sparked the author's interest in conducting an in-depth study on the village's development and community participation. The research aims to describe the participation and forms of local community engagement in developing the Hot Spring Bath in Siogung-Ogung Village, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, employing observation, interviews, and documentation to gather data. The findings show that community participation is evident in various stages, including planning, implementation, and operation, as well as through different forms of engagement, such as ideas, labor, financial contributions, and social media involvement. The study concludes that community participation in the development of the Hot Spring Bath in Siogung-Ogung Village is a collaborative effort to improve the village's quality and support the development of the hot spring.
