Analisis Kelayakan Aspek Non Finansial Usaha Penggemukan Domba (Studi Kasus Pt. Sugiono Padepokan Ternak Kecamatan Dolok Masihul Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai)

Abstract

This research is intended to evaluate the non-financial feasibility of the sheep fattening business at PT. Sugiono Padepokan Ternak, covering aspects of legality, management and human resources, technical and technology, market and marketing, as well as environmental considerations. The results show that the legal aspect scored 3.0, indicating that the business has fulfilled the required legal standards and operational permits. The management and human resources aspect scored 2.8, reflecting a clear organizational structure and proper job allocation, although improvements in disease control are still needed. The technical and technology aspect also scored 2.8, suggesting adequate feasibility, but requiring enhancements in equipment efficiency and the application of appropriate feeding and sanitation systems. The market and marketing aspect obtained a score of 3.0, indicating feasibility, though further development of marketing strategies and market reach is necessary. The environmental aspect scored 2.5, categorized as moderately feasible, with a need to improve waste management practices to prevent environmental pollution. With an overall average score of 2.82 Measured on a 1 to-3 scale, the sheep fattening business at PT. Sugiono Padepokan Ternak is considered feasible from a non-financial perspective to operate and develop further.
