Postoperative pain is one of the main issues commonly experienced by postpartum mothers after undergoing a Caesarean section (C-section). Effective pain management is crucial to accelerate the recovery process and enhance maternal comfort. This study aims to identify and evaluate the nursing care management of postpartum mothers following a C-section who experience pain, through the intervention of warm compresses at Universitas Sumatera Utara Hospital. The method used is a case study with a nursing process approach, which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the regular application of warm compresses to the painful area is effective in reducing pain intensity from a pain scale of 7 to 3 in all three patients, and improving mobility from difficulty moving to being able to walk. This intervention also did not cause any side effects and was easy to apply in nursing practice. Therefore, warm compresses can be recommended as a non-pharmacological intervention for managing post-C-section pain.en_US
