This study uses a quantitative associative method to analyze the influence of independent variables (CAR, LDR, NPL, BOPO, CR) on the dependent variable (ROA) at BPR Jepara Artha for the period 2015-2024. Secondary data were obtained from quarterly reports. This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), and Cash Ratio (CR) both partially and simultaneously on Return On Assets (ROA) BPR Bank Jepara Artha. The type of research used is quantitative associative. Namely associative research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is BPR Bank Jepara Artha. Data collection was carried out using secondary data in the form of quarterly bank reports and financial statements of time series data 2015-2024 The results showed that simultaneously the variables CAR, LDR, NPL, BOPO, and CR on ROA at a confidence level of 99.08% showed that there was an influence simultaneously and significantly. Partially, it is known that the CAR variable has a significant positive effect on ROA, the LDR variable has a negative significant effect on ROA, the NPL variable has a significant negative effect on ROA, the BOPO variable has a insignificant positive effect on ROA, while Cash ratio does not have a significant effect on ROA.
