This research aims to measure the level of accuracy and effectiveness of the application of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in selecting internet service packages. The selection of internet service packages is often a challenge for users, given the wide selection of operators with varying service specifications that cause confusion in determining the best choice. This method is used to handle uncertainty in respondents' assessments of decision criteria and alternatives. The research process begins with forming a hierarchical structure, compiling a pairwise comparison matrix based on a linguistic scale, then converted into triangular fuzzy numbers. Furthermore, the calculation of priority weights is carried out. The results showed that the most influential criteria in choosing an internet service package was the price of the internet package with a weight of 0.288 or 28.8%, followed by network quality 0.247 or 24.7%, internet package bonus 0.236 or 23.6%, and operator card service 0.230 or 23%. While the alternative internet package that is prioritized is Tri with a weight of 0.278, followed by Telkomsel 0.259, XL 0.235, and Smartfren 0.228. Thus, the Fuzzy AHP method can be used to assist decision making in selecting prepaid internet service packages that best suit the needs of respondents based on predetermined criteria.
