The tofu industry, as part of the growing informal sector, has a high risk of exposure to water, as almost every stage of production involves direct contact with water. Prolonged exposure to water causes workers to complain of wrinkled fingers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the duration of water exposure, water temperature, water pH, age, and gender with the occurrence of pruney fingers among workers at Anto Giani Tofu Factory. This type of research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The total population consisted of 26 tofu workers, and the entire population was used as the sample. Data analysis methods used Fisher's exact test as an alternative to the Chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between the duration of water exposure and the occurrence of pruney fingers with a p-value of 0.004. There is a relationship between water temperature and the occurrence of pruney fingers with a p-value of 0.001. There was a relationship between water pH and the occurrence of pruney fingers with a p-value of 0.002. There was a relationship between gender and the occurrence of pruney fingers with a p-value of 0.000. There is no association between age and the occurrence of pruney fingers, with a p-value of 0.713. It is recommended that workers use personal protective equipment and that employers provide such equipment as rubber gloves, aprons, and boots. Further research is recommended to include additional variables related to pruney fingers.
