The reliability of communication networks is a crucial aspect in parallel computing systems, especially in Multistage Interconnection Networks (MIN), which often encounter internal blocking issues. One solution that has been widely developed is the Gamma Network topology, which features redundant paths to enhance fault tolerance. This study aims to analyze the terminal reliability of a 16×16 Gamma topology MIN using the terminal reliability approach. The research involves manually designing the Gamma network model and applying routing algorithms to avoid blocking. Reliability calculations are based on tag value (δ), which indicates the number of redundant paths between the input and output. The analysis shows that as the number of redundant paths increases, the terminal reliability also improves. This research contributes to the development of more reliable interconnection network designs and can serve as a foundation for designing fault tolerant systems in the future. The average terminal reliability value for the third permutation is 0.8602.en_US
