dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to determine the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Business Location and Service Quality on Competitive Advantage. This type of research is associative research with quantitative methods. The population in this research is all culinary business actors in Mega Park, Medan City, totaling 35 business actors. The research sample used the saturated sample method. The data collection method in this research is through a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that Entrepreneurial Orientation, Business Location and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage. Based on the results of the t-test, it shows that Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage. Business Location has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage. Based on the value of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R-square), it is known that Entrepreneurial Orientation, Business Location and Service Quality have an influence on Competitive Advantage by 64.9 while the remaining 35.1 percent is influenced by other factors outside those studied by researcher.en_US
