Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Guru di Yayasan Nurul Adila Madani

Abstract

Work motivation is one of the important factors that can affect teacher performance and dedication in carrying out their duties. However, not all teachers have optimal work motivation, which can be caused by various factors. One of the factors that can support teachers' work motivation is the quality of work life. Quality of work life refers to an individual's perception of the comfort and support obtained from the work environment. Thus, this study aims to determine whether the quality of work life affects the work motivation of teachers at Yayasan Nurul Adila Madani. This study used 45 subjects. The instruments used consisted of a quality of work life scale compiled and modified based on aspects from Easton and Laar (2018) and a work motivation scale based on aspects from Munandar (2001). Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05) and a calculated t value of 6.824 greater than the t table (2.016), so it can be concluded that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation.
