This study aims to determine the effect of giving herbal turmeric and noni drinks on the chemical quality of broiler chickens including meat fat, meat protein and meat cholesterol. The study was conducted in December 2024 -January 2025 at the Animal Biology Cage, Animal Husbandary Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University Sumatera Utara, Medan Industrial Service and Standardization Center and Integrated Research and Testing Laboratory, Gadjah Mada University. The design used in this study was RAL (Complete Randomized Design) with 4 treatments, namely P0 = 0 ml, P1 = 5%, P2 = 10%, P3 = 15% and 5 replications. The parameters used in this study were fat, protein and cholesterol levels. The results of this study indicate that the administration of herbal turmeric (curcuma longa linn) and noni fruit (morinda citrifolia l) drinks in drinking water on the chemical quality of broiler chicken meat does not have a significant effect on the fat and protein content test parameters but has a very significant effect on the cholesterol content test.
