The Influence Of The Use Of E-Commerce, Locus of Control and Innovation On Business Performence On People Student University Online Business Simalungun Pematangsiantar
Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of E-Commerce,
Locus of Control and Innovation on Business Performance among Actors
Simalungun University Pematangsiantar Student Online Business. This
research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data.
In this research, the population in this research are students from the Faculty of
Economics Simalungun University, Pematang Siantar Class of 2019 – 2022
who have an online business with a research sample of 96 respondents. The
data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this
research show that simultaneously E-Commerce, Locus of Control and
Innovation have a positive and significant effect on Business Performance in
Online Business for Simalungun University Pematangsiantar Students.
Partially, E-Commerce, Locus of Control and Innovation have a positive and
significant effect on Business Performance in Online Business for Simalungun
University Pematangsiantar Students.
