The Academic library has an important role in supporting the implementation of
the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in fulfilling the information needs
of students. One of the main services provided is the OPAC (Online Public
Access Catalog), which helps users to find information quickly and accurately.
However, in the Triguna Dharma Library, there were still inaccuracies found in
the OPAC, such as several books listed in the catalog but unavailable on the
shelves, and some book titles having more than one catalog entry. This research
used a descriptive quantitative method with the EUCS (End-User Computing
Satisfaction) model approach to measure user perception toward OPAC. The
EUCS model included five indicators, namely: content, accuracy, format, ease of
use, and timeliness. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 97
respondents, using a 5-point Likert scale. The average value of each indicator was
then categorized using an interval scale. The results showed that among the five
indicators, only the accuracy indicator obtained a "satisfied" score, while the other
four indicators obtained a "very satisfied" score, and the total combination of all
indicators obtained a very satisfied score. Based on these findings, it is concluded
that user perception toward the OPAC of the Library of STMIK Triguna Dharma
is very satisfied. It is suggested that the library maintain the good quality of
existing services and improve the accuracy aspect of OPAC by regularly updating
and synchronizing catalog data between physical and digital catalogs, as well as
adding an error or damage reporting feature in OPAC.
