The nutrition of toddlers in Indonesia has not yet been adequately fulfilled, leading to physical issues such as stunting. Various regions are affected by this problem, including Sangkaran Village, which has one of the highest stunting cases in Siatas Barita District and continues to show fluctuating numbers. Although stunting prevention programs have been implemented, issues remain, particularly concerning human resources, as there are still communities that lack proper understanding of stunting. Additionally, there are problems related to the improper utilization of program facilities. This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the stunting prevention program in Sangkaran Village, Siatas Barita District, North Tapanuli Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The effectiveness of the supplementary feeding program was successfully implemented within the designated timeframe; however, its realization was not optimal, as the benefits of supplementary feeding did not fully reach the intended targets. Meanwhile, the maternal and toddler classes had a positive impact on participants by increasing their understanding. However, the number of participants was limited and very minimal, preventing the program from reaching all pregnant women and mothers of toddlers in Sangkaran Village. The stunting prevention program has not yet fully achieved its goals. While regulations have been appropriately established and implementation has followed the designated timeframe, the concrete targeting of beneficiaries has not been fully realized. In terms of integration, the program has been carried out according to procedures, and socialization efforts have adhered to standard operating procedures. Regarding adaptation, there has been a gradual improvement in capability, but the availability of infrastructure remains inadequate.en_US
