The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Motivation, Self-Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Knowledge on the Success of Fashion MSMEs in Medan Amplas District. The population in this study consists of owners of fashion MSMEs operating in Medan Amplas. The sample comprises 33 fashion MSME entrepreneurs selected using the saturation sampling technique. The data used in this study includes both primary and secondary data collected through documentation and the distribution of questionnaires. This research applies an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously, Motivation, Self-Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Knowledge have a positive and significant Effect on the Success of Fashion MSMEs in Medan Amplas. Partially, each of these variables Motivation, Self-Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Knowledge also has a positive and significant effect on Business Success. Among the three variables, Entrepreneurial Knowledge has the strongest effect on the success of fashion MSMEs in Medan Amplas.
