Background: Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the leading infectious diseases and a major public health concern, particularly in Indonesia. Kampung Baru Public Health Center in Medan City has reported a relatively high number of pulmonary TR cases. One of the contributing factors to the high incidence rate is the community's low adherence to Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB). Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of community weity clean and healthy living behavior on the incidence of tuberculosis in the working area of Kampung Baru Public Health Center, Medan City, North Sumatra, in 2024. Methods. This research employed a descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. total of 56 respondents were selected through simple random sampling from a population of 126 TB patients. Data were collected using a CHLB questionnaire and a review of medical records related to respondents TH status. Data analysis was conducted univariately and bivuriately using the Chi-Square test Results: The majority of respondents had. CHLB c categorized as moderate (55.19%), and most were smear-positive pulmonary TB patients (71.4%). The Chi-Square test showed a significant association between CHLB and TB incidence (p 0.001) Conclusion: There is a significant influence between community clean and healthy living behavior and the incidence of tuberculosis. Improving CHLB practices within the community is a crucial strategy in reducing TB cases, particularly in densely populoted areas such as the working area of Kampung Baru Public Health Center in Medan City
