According To Korten (1992), Empowerment Is Increasing People's Independence Based On The Capacity And Internal Strength Of The People Over Human Resources, Both Material And Non-Material, Through Capital Redistribution. According To Suhardono's Role Theory, Among Others, The Role Of The Village Head As An Organizer, Facilitator, Innovator. Through The Theories That Have Been Discussed Previously, It Can Be Concluded That The Role Of The Village Head In Empowering Farmer Groups Is: Organizing All Actors Involved In Government, Both Village Government Employees And The Community, Facilitating Activities That Can Be Used By The Community, Especially In Agriculture, So As To Accelerate The Process Of Improving The Community's Economy And Giving Rise To Ideas And Thoughts About New Things That Have Never Existed In The Village That Support Government And Improving The Community's Economy In The Agricultural Sector.
