This research is motivated by challenges related to employee performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii - Yamaha Ar Hakim, where there has been a year-on-year decline in sales realization and customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires with a research sample of 43 employees, and it was analyzed using the path analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, work motivation and job satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Although transformational leadership has a positive but insignificant direct effect on employee performance, its influence becomes positive and significant when mediated by job satisfaction. Similarly, the effect of work motivation on employee performance is also positively and significantly mediated by job satisfaction.
